Guayaki is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team. This position will support our company’s food safety and certification programs through documentation review and by communicating our standards to both our internal team and external partners.
We want you on the team if you are detailed oriented and have a proven record of managing multiple priorities. Experience working in databases is required. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
This is a full-time position and is based in Sebastopol, CA.

CommUNIty Team MemberMid-Atlantic, Northeast and Midwest
The CommUNIty Team is focused on building the Guayakí brand in and around college and university campuses, directly connecting the generated awareness and momentum with locations where students can purchase Guayakí Yerba Mate. In the Cebador on the CommUNIty Team role, you will work alongside team members to build regenerative Guayaki hubs extending outward from campus. This role is dynamic and requires the cebador to navigate a constantly evolving environment through the lense of Guayakí’s college and university marketing strategy. This position directly supports Guayakí’s vision that yerba mate culture will power our Market Driven Regeneration business model to regenerate ecosystems and create vibrant communities.

A Hacedor delivers refreshing and enlightening Guayakí Brand Yerba Mate while perfecting the art of servicing and retaining customers and increasing the presence of The Yerba Mate Co. Our aspiration is to deliver this amazing product by way of a fossil fuel free fleet of vehicles and trikes. We are looking for people who love to work hard, connect with the community, and are passionate about something…anything.
We’re currently on the quest to find hacedors all over the United States and Canada.
Hacedors are responsible for managing full distribution of the product line in the assigned area. This includes product education, inventory management, delivery, warehousing, recruiting, and service of our clients. We’re excited to bring our products to new markets as well as growing in our existing markets and we are looking for yerba mate-loving likeminded people to join us in building a stellar distribution operation.
Hacedor Qualifications: Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with enthusiasm. Must demonstrate a good attitude, be a team player, able to lift and/or move heavy weight every day, and be insurable to drive our company vehicles.
