Shipping and Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving confirmation from our order processors. If you need to make a change to the shipping address you have until 2pm PST after you place your order to email info@guayaki.com with an address update request. We cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be made after you place your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are not responsible for missing packages due to theft or loss via the shipping partner.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
If the provided shipping address is a PO Box the order will be shipped via USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is damaged or defective. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy.
