Guayaki Covid 19 statement

Amidst this current COVID-19 situation, we wish to give a transparent look into the measures we have put in place at The Yerba Mate Co and Guayakí Yerba Mate at this point in time.
The safety and well-being of our employees is paramount. Our team is closely following all updates released by the CDC and local health authorities to ensure that our staff and clients stay safe and are informed. Even with all of the shifts outlined below, our goal is to maintain business continuity as long as possible while taking the proper precautions to align with county, state and federal recommendations/requirements.
Our supervisors have stressed to our teams that it is critical they take care of their health first and foremost. Employees are being encouraged to work from home and have been given the necessary tools to do so. In person meetings have been shifted to video or phone calls. We have encouraged our teams to cancel any non-essential work travel and all of our upcoming events have been cancelled or postponed. We have ceased all sampling of product in public.
Our distribution team is working diligently to balance safety with the desire to maintain consistent servicing of Guayakí Yerba Mate to store shelves. We are working closely with our retail partners to maintain optimal service with their revised operating tempos. Please bear with us if you cannot find Guayakí near you as there are circumstances out of our control that may intervene with product getting to shelves during this time.
We are acting as swiftly and efficiently as possible during this time, decisions or shifts in operations can change based on our #1 priority – The safety and well-being of our employees and our communities.
