Hot
Place tea bag in a cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep 5-10 minutes. If you want it stronger, brew it longer.
Red Tea Mate Latté
Brew hot, then add your choice of milk and sweetener to taste. We like almond milk and honey.
Iced
Brew the tea bags, then add ice.

I am a teacher, and if you are a teacher out there you know how much time and energy is put into every school day and even on weekends. I noticed that t around noon, I start feeling a little slow, but since I started drinking Red Tea Mate, I get the extra lift to get me through the rest of the day. When I forget to drink it or too busy, I sure notice the difference. It tastes great too.

tastes great, gives energy, without much effort!

I'm a mom and I have two young boys I have to keep up after. I can just pop a tea bag in a cup and drink instantly. It gives me the energy I need and no french press, or anything else to wash. Tastes wonderful. Not so much like hay. Not too spicy either.

Red Tea Mate

I really enjoy the red tea mate in the mornings. It is a very mild tea that doesn't need anything extra in it to enjoy. My day starts out with one cup and that provides me with the natural energy needed to move forward.
