So how you feelin'??

• Mention Guayaki and share a pic or story about how you're feeling on Twitter, Instagram, Google+, or Pinterest and tag it #hooked: we'll give a different mate prize to a new winner every Monday in March and April. 

• Not using any of these? That's OK! Enter by emailing info@guayaki.com, with subject "Hooked on a Feelin'," and tell us how the mate makes you feel.  Keep the vibe alive!

You must be at least 18 years old to enter. Product will only shipped within the 48 contiguous states of the USA.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. One Contest entry per user per day. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Guayaki or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, Contest sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related. If minors are permitted to participate in the Contest, a parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, and Guayaki reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor. Upon entering this Contest, participants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regards to sweepstakes or contests. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY One entry per person. One winner per household. Guayaki reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of Guayaki are final. This Contest is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Hawaii. Guayaki and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize. Guayaki is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. Guayaki shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Guayaki website or any other computer-related processor system. 

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: Guayaki will contact the winner using information submitted during Contest entry by email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, or Google+. Guayaki is not responsible for any changes to or discrepancies with contestant contact information. In any event where a winner cannot be located after reasonable efforts by Guayaki, a new winner will be selected. DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Guayaki, in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Guayaki.com, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or (iv) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Guayaki reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to the rules of the Contest at any time without notice. Guayaki reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of the Contest, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. Guayaki shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of any Contest. All terms and conditions of any Guayaki website and/or message board apply. By using any Guayaki web site and/or message board to submit an entry, entrant expressly agrees to abide by those terms and conditions. In the event that any of those general terms and conditions conflicts with the Contest rules stated herein, the Contest rules shall apply to this Contest.
