Good product

By: Hunter of Connecticut

Great gourd. It was definately worth the money. I use it nearly every day. Make sure to not leave old mate in the gourd too long or else it leaves a bad taste in it. Make sure to get a bombilla with this! Enjoy!

Very Beautiful

By: Anonymous of Mesa/AZ

This Mate is my first one. It is very easy to cure and the gourd is just so nice looking. After about 5 times of using it i still can't get enough of this one.

This gourd is a good size for my morning yerba mate and I like it a lot. It's my first gourd and still my favorite.

Basic Gourd

By: ian of san marcos, ca

Nice basic gourd a bit on the thin side, can flex it. The pre-colombian gourd was much thicker. They have a strong smell to them, i like it.

Gaucho gourd is the best

By: drew of Dallas/Texas

This is the first gourd I bought when I got into Yerba Mate a few years ago. It's pretty large in size and has held up very well over time. The old one cracked a bit up top since I left it out in too much heat, so I bought a second Gaucho Gourd as a back-up, which is almost exactly like the first one. I have bought almost 10 other gourds (wood, metal, natural) and I say again, this Gaucho Gourd is the best.

Gaucho Gourd

By: Mark Faulkner of CA

This gourd could be known as the "workhorse" of the products I use from Guayaki. The gourd seasoned well and continues to provide me with a quality container that seems to enhance the Mate' experience.

Pretty but don't like using it.

By: Suzette of VA

Just can't get the hang of not getting tea leaves in my mouth. And it's too much trouble to pour in cold water, wait, pour in hot water. Thought it was a neat idea so I tried it. I will stick with the French press, however, which works great.

Great size-Nice decorations

By: lourie grijalva of TUCSON Az

I love the size of my new gourd. My old gourd was small and I had to refill it numerous times. Also, my old gourd was dipped in black die, so when i got it wet, the die would come off on my hands! Me new gourd has really cool carvings on it.
