I had the opportunity to enjoy this flavor and the lemon on a day when I was not only taxed mentally, but physically as well - an 18 hour on the clock day at work. Unlike other energy drinks that cause many people to get the jitters or have other negative side effects, Guayaki Energy shots gave me all of the good without the bad. I had sustained energy and experienced a sense of well-being. My mental capacity and strength was clear without any muddled headaches. The ONLY energy shot I will take. Not only does it increase your energy it is natural and safe. What more could you ask for?

Well, the chocolate one tasted good, but the lemon was NOT good in my opinion. I could taste the same yucky background flavor as in powdered lemonade drinks - blech! Not in keeping with the whole organic feel. As for energy, I didn't think it was any better than drinking a cup of Yerba Mate, which, for the price, I'd rather do.
