Excellent Bombilla

I did a lot of research on bombillas before I bought this one as I feel this is the most important part of the Mate experience. Many reviews that I read account horror stories of bad bombilla experiences... This is not one of them. This is my first one and I am glad I went with the scraper tip. It is great for cleaning out the gourd. It flows and filters well. I was also pleased by the art work on it and its quality. I have used it for other loose leaf tea as well with great results. I enjoy using it for my morning Mate.

excellent bombilla

I really like this bombilla. It doesn't clog easily and if it does it's easy to unclog. The scraper tip makes it nicely versatile for getting old tea out of the gourd as well as scrapping it out when the gourd is new. This particular one could use one less row of slits as it takes some work to get the last of the tea out of the gourd.

I got this bombilla for my mate-loving husband. He says it's the best mate straw he's ever used. Ever. I'm very happy that I took a chance and got him two, since they're so reasonably priced.
