The Grapefruit Ginger Sparkling Mate cans are my go-to drink for pre-workouts and runs, or as a coffee substitute in warmer weather. It is light and gives just enough energy without jitters. To be honest, though, I only need a half can. A whole is just too much, and the citrus/carbonation will give me heartburn if I'm active right after. I save the other half for the next day and I actually like the flavor of it a bit flatter. I've probably had 12-15 cases. Love it.

Great taste - Less sweet

Love the flavor and the subtle kick that this gives. Refreshing any time of day.
I also like that there is no sugar in this drink. I would prefer if it was made entirely with stevia and no agave for the many of us that want to reduce sweeteners that could be problematic.

I found the Grapefruit ginger mate to rather dull --- not enough zip to it.
Hard to detect either grapefruit or ginger.
Also find the sparkling mates too pricey for a 12 oz. can.
