Great mug

This is a great mug-very substantial and with good heat retention. The company is US based and appears to employ responsible business practices. It's a much, much better product than what was previously offered. This one's a keeper!

Guayaki Travel Mug

I've been through a lot of travel mugs in my lifetime, and I didn't really like the lid on this mug. If it tips over, it will leak out. The sealed tops are the best for travel, you could put it in your purse and forget about it. It was free, so not complaining entirely. May I suggest you create a mug in the future with a sealed top that doesn't leak, even if it's upside-down. Thanks!

Great mug -- and free!

Guayaki tossed this mug in for free when I placed a bulk yerba mate order, which I appreciated since I tossed out my old plastic one. This is steel and is well made. I tote it from meeting to meeting, and it keeps my tea very hot all morning. Great product.

And I finally figured out what the rubber gasket is used for... string & tag on the bag. But since I bought your tea in bulk, I don't get to use it... that's ok though. This mug keeps my tea hot all morning!
