In the hot summer sun it is important to stay hydrated and refreshed. What's a better way than with an iced infusion of Guayaki Mint Mate.
Mint's dark green leaves have a pleasant warm, fresh, aromatic, sweet flavor with a cool aftertaste. Historically, mint tea was used to relieve stomach aches and soothe chest pains. During the middle ages, powdered mint leaves were used to whiten teeth. Mint leaves are used in teas, beverages, jellies, syrups, and ice creams. The refreshing essential oils from the mint plant are commonly used in breath fresheners, mouth rinses, and toothpaste. In Mid-Eastern and British cuisines mint sauce is popular with meats.
Mint consists of 25-30 different species of flowering plants and is a perennial herb. The most common mints used are peppermint and spearmint. The mint family (Lamiaceae) also includes other aromatic herbs such as: basil, rosemary, sage, oregano and catnip.

Each carton has 16 individually wrapped tea bags. Each individually wrapped tea bag is sealed for freshness, preserving the vitality of the herbs.

Hot
Place tea bag in a cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep 5-10 minutes. If you want it stronger, brew it longer.
Minty Mate Latté
Brew hot, then add your choice of milk and sweetener to taste. We like almond milk and honey.
Iced
Make an iced brew by steeping the tea bags in hot water, then add ice and garnish with a mint leaf (optional). If you have more time, brew a batch and put in the fridge.

PowerMint Tea

This was my first time ordering online - I've been unable to get to the store where I usually buy. Fifty dollars seemed like a big investment, and I added the PowerMint Tea Bags to round out the price. Great Choice! I like them, and they are so convenient - the taste of peppermint first thing in the morning is so refreshing. I mix it with Traditional or one of the other teas for a big boost.
I'm going to keep ordering them.

I Love This product!!!!

This product is fantastic. It really helps me to feel alert and energized. Not only that, but it also helped me to drop a few pounds.In additon to all of that it also tastes great. This just might be the best tea on the planet. I love my Pure Empower Mint.

I discovered the enjoyment of Yerba mate years ago when I bought it at a small herb shop in Northern Arizona and made sun tea and actually put dry mint in it when i prepared it. when i moved away from that area to a large city, I "lost contact" with this wonderful herb. I've been a regular customer of yours since I found the stores thar stock it. I used to buy a condensed form that I made lattes with but haven't seen it in quite awhile, did you discontinue thar?

Tips to taste like bottled version

I love the bottled version, so I added lemon juice and agave nectar to take the blandness out. Works like a charm. P. S. I brewed mine in an electric kettle and checked temperature with meat thermometer in mug so it would not be above 150 degrees then added 1 tea bag and steeped for ten minutes. Next I poured the mug into a glass full of ice and added lemon juice and agave nectar.

Better than peppermints

I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift since I had gotten him to try the bottled mint yerba mate and he had liked that. I figured the tea bags would be easier for him to be able to carry with him plus he really loves mint, especially the puffed peppermint after-dinner mints.
I made him a couple cups of it to take with him to work this morning. His response was: "I think I drank it too quick, but it's pretty good. Better than a mint lol." I'm definitely ordering this again for him.
