of course their tea tastes better, that's why i buy it. what i really like is after i payed for my order, they found a cheaper shipping rate and gave me a refund of the difference!

Yerba Mate Is Great

After reading a reveiw of energy drinks in Prevention Magazine (December 2010, I decieded to try Yerba Mate. The tea is as advertised, gives one energy and tastes better than coffae. I like to blend a bag of Yerba Mate with Green Tea in a 8 oz cup for a mid afternoon refreshing uplift. Kimo

The way to start the day

I have been starting my day with Yerba Mate for 10 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. It has made such an impact in my house that my husband has quit coffee and drink mate every morning too. So, I was thrilled to be able to buy teabags in bulk without the fussy little wrappers. Didn't need them and don't need the extra garbage. Thanks!

Yerba Mate Tea

My husband and I love this tea! What a great replacement for coffee. Gives you energy without the jitters of coffee. Great taste too. On top of all that - we feel good knowing all the wonderful things we're doing for our bodies by drinking it.

Surprising!

I sought yerba mate after reading about it in Men's Health, but was a bit pensive after only the pound bag was available. My first batch reminded me of a combination of alfalfa and grass, turning my cup a deep yellow. After steeping with a bag of PG Tips, I covered some of the flavor and have gotten used to it ever since. The extra kick in the morning is helpful, but it definitely doesn't present like caffeine (for better or worse). Overall, I'd order it again, but am curious about any benefits I'm actually receiving from this "alternative" tea?
